I’m back — with "A Practical Guide to the Runes" Set 2 'aetts'

Oops, forgot to mention on my post yesterday: Elder Futhark consists of 24 runes. 

24 runes traditionally divided into 3 groups of 8 runes each.

"'aetts'" is translated from the Norse as "category", "relations". 

                              

Set 2 
9 Hagalaz (Hah-gah-lahz) Hail/Hardship 

The Rune Hagalaz can be used to help to ease trouble, unexpected events that prevent the execution of plans; Destroying other people`s influence. Help you   remain calm during difficult situations.

10 Nauthiz (N-aw-thiz) Need 

The Rune Nauthiz Provides protection at all levels helps the process of meditation; to overcome stress, bad habits; Helps single people to find a partner, gives strength in difficult situations.
11 Isa (ee-sah) Ice 

The Rune Isa is used to stop all activity, physical processes. In medicine it is widely used when it is necessary to block irritation, relieve pain (the use of anesthesia)

On the other hand, Isa gives a temporary rest or relief, you should be aware that with the help of Isa one can only suspend (but not eliminate!) negative process.

12 Jera (Yeh-rah) Harvest/Cycle 

The Rune Jera promotes the successful completion of an important case. Jera can speed things up or slow things down, and handling of individual time in this manner; to overcome barriers in the achievement of the result; helping to attract cash investment in the project (can draw it before the beginning of this project).Jera is used to obtain fair compensation for  work(job) to protect the project from trouble.

13 Eihwaz (Ay-wahz) Yew/Keeper of Flame 

 The rune Eihwaz based on its ability is used to provide assistance in overcoming obstacles, related to any activity. Rune Eihwaz is free from unnecessary fear and can free up internal resources. Makes it possible to bring   issue to a successful conclusion, ensures victory in any sense of the word, giving hope regardless of the situation

14 Perthro (Per-throw) Apple Tree/Pleasure 

The rune Pertho allows you to truly recognize yourself the way you are. Helps to get rid of the negative influences of the past. Enhances psychic abilities, makes predicting the future.

Protects gambling and the players -for luck in gambling games ;patronized musicians and chess players; helps in finding lost objects ;to find the hidden,non-obvious matter; it helps in the development of ideas and theories, as well as in the development of the occult and meditative abilities ; to realize hidden opportunities ; helps the progress of sexual relations ;helps in childbirth 

15 Algiz (Ahl-geez) Elk-Sedge/Defense  Algiz is my favorite rune!

Algiz - Rune of PROTECTION! Your shield against any attack on the physical, emotional and spiritual level!

The rune Algiz for active protection - giving strength to commit acts of protection. For situations when you need to defend (can be drawn on some talisman, an object that you carry with you)

If you feel the danger you can also draw a rune Algiz in the air

16 Sowulo (So-woo-low) Sun/Justice

The rune Sowilo makes the situation more  clear, simple, joyful. Can be used for creativity, insight and inspiration. Solves complex problems. Disperse the fog around the truth, exposes lies. Shows a way out of a difficult situation
